Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase only, provided that work on your audit has not yet begun.
Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is submitted within 24 hours of your purchase
- You have not yet submitted your intake form and work has not begun
No refunds will be issued: After the 24-hour window has passed, or once your intake form has been submitted and audit work has begun — regardless of whether the final report has been delivered.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@creditauditpro.com within 24 hours of your purchase
- Include your full name and the email address used at checkout
- Include your order confirmation number if available
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Digital Service Acknowledgment
By purchasing from Credit Audit Pro, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital consulting and education service. You understand and agree that:
- The service begins upon submission of your intake form
- Delivered reports and materials are non-returnable
- Results cannot be guaranteed and vary by individual
